Life is too uncertain these days and in a daytime you face many situations out of which most are uncertain. As we are programmed we immediately show reflex action for every situation. And we immediately react to any situation which ultimately makes us hyper and in stress and we thus take wrong decisions.
Instead there is if we notice a small gap between the occurrence of situations and our reaction i.e. pause and if we try to increase that pause we will be able to respond instead of react. This will also take care of our spirituality that we don’t get disturbed and take decisions in a calm and peaceful manner.
It’s something like delaying your decisions which does not at all mean that you procrastinate but delay to give a time to think and look again from a different angle. It’s good to delay your decisions in right sense as someone said what offer you have today the same or more good can be received tomorrow too or 2 days later too however if you react and don’t think you will miss the opportunity to compare it with other offers.
It’s like you see a sale on internet which says sale is there for only 2 minutes and you rush to buy however same product gets online with similar or reduced price after 1 month however since you reacted for that offer you missed the opportunity.
Say when you are giving speech in an auditorium and someone walks out in midst of session you may feel offended however you should not as he might have some reason of walking out from session , might be he is having some important committment or he is not felling well or any other reason so he is correct from his point. This is a very small situation the situation could be larger say someone walks out of your life and you feel hurt , to add to that your family endorses you Yes you must feel hurt however applying above situation the person walking out of your life could have his reasons and he may be right from his point so you should not be offended or hurt and keep your peace and calm. It’s called Let Go! and not react to situations but responding from a different angle of thoughts from a higher vibration of thoughts.
So if you increase the gap of situation and response and try to strech it more and more you will feel more level of peace and you will feel more in higher vibration of universe.
Even when you are asked in office to complete a taks on priority if you look and complete it immediately from one angle you might be providing wrong analysis/ solution, instead if you do it on priority but with a calm mind after thinking for a while what actually the problem is and what solution you are supposed to give you will be able to complete the task more efficiently and effectively and the solution will not bounce back on you which is anyway not expected by your superiors as when they ask you to do it immediately it means on priority not immediately in 5 minutes.
When you are in meeting / call / presentation and a question is asked it is not expected by you that you know evrything and you can delay the question if you are not 100% sure by saying that you will check to make sure it is the way to think and will get back on this and this is okay for all instead you give a wrong reply and they feel that you are not capable enough for the designation, responsibility , knowledge.
